Client/Opposing Counsel Survey

At the conclusion of every case we send a survey to our opposing counsel as well as our clients to get their feedback on our job performance. Questions ask participants to rate our competency, honesty, courtesy, timeliness, effectiveness, their overall satisfaction in their experience with Johnston Legal Group PC and if they would recommend Johnston Legal Group PC to others or consider choosing us to represent themselves or a close family member. The results are as follows:

Professional rating by Opposing Counsel: 94.7 %

When opposing counsel were asked if they would chose Johnston Legal Group PC to represent themselves, 97 percent of respondents said that they would.
