At the conclusion of every case we send a survey to our opposing counsel as well as our clients to get their feedback on our job performance. Participants are asked questions, which rate our competency, honesty, courtesy, timeliness, and effectiveness. They are also asked to evaluate their overall satisfaction with and whether or not they would recommend to others, consider choosing us to represent themselves, or recommending to a close family member.
